Good to Know
- Participants must be at least 16 years of age.
- The masterclass will be approximately 2.5 hours in duration and will take place at a
- HYROX Training Club. Following confirmation of your booking, a member of the
- Hyatt team will contact you with event logistics, venue details, and other relevant
- information to support your experience.
- Participants are required to wear appropriate sports attire and athletic footwear.
- This experience is not recommended for individuals with mobility restrictions,
- disabilities, or physical injuries. For safety reasons, pregnant women and guests with
- physical mobility injuries may not participate. Participants are encouraged to consult
- their physician prior to taking part in the experience.
- Participation is subject to the event's terms of participation, venue rules, and any
- health and safety requirements communicated by Hyatt or the event organizers.
- Participants will also be required to sign a general waiver and release form prior to
- participation.
- This experience is non-transferable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
- Transportation to and from the HYROX Training Club venue, as well as any items or
- services not expressly stated as included, are the responsibility of the participant.
- Hyatt reserves the right to substitute, modify, postpone, or cancel the experience, in
- whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but
- not limited to adverse weather conditions, unforeseen events, or equipment
- availability.
- Hyatt shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred by
- participants in connection with the experience, except where required by applicable

- By participating in the experience, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed,
